MONTHLY INSTALMENT POLICY

At ITY HAIR, we understand that making a purchase is a significant commitment, and we want to provide our customers with the flexibility to pay for their purchases in instalments. Our Monthly Instalment Plan offers two convenient options, allowing you to break down your total purchase into manageable payments. Please read the following policy carefully to ensure clarity and understanding of the terms.

1. Instalment Payment Options

We offer two instalment payment options as follow:

· 2-Month Instalment Plan: Pay the total amount over two equal monthly instalments.

· 3-Month Instalment Plan: Pay the total amount over three equal monthly instalments.

2. Payment Schedule

First Instalment: The first equal instalment is due at the time of purchase. This payment must be made in full before an order is considered.

Second Instalment: For both the 2-month and 3-month plans, the second equal instalment is due in the month following the month of your first instalment. This payment must be made between the 25th and 30th of the following month. If this payment window is not adhered to, a penalty of N$500 will be charged.

Third Instalment: For the 3-month plan, the third instalment is due in the month following the second instalment. This payment should also be made between the 25th and 30th of the month. If this payment window is not adhered to, a penalty of N$500 will be charged.

3. Early Payment Option

We understand that some customers may wish to settle their outstanding balance early. You are permitted to make an early payment. However, to ensure timely processing of orders when final payment is done, it is recommended that final payments are only made between the 25th and 30th of any month.

4. Top up Payments

We allow customers to make additional payments toward their outstanding balance at any time during the payment period. Additionally, you may pay more than the equal instalment due, and any extra amount will be credited toward your remaining balance, reducing your future instalments.

4. Refunds

Refunds of payments already made are permitted, but please be aware that a N$500 penalty will be charged for any refund request.
